The project required the development of written content, interactive visuals and scenarios, supported by music and voiceover. Client brand guidelines were implemented throughout the project.

A unique and recognisable brand was developed and applied to all training materials to deliver a cohesive, end-to-end program.

An induction program to introduce new and existing employees to new ways of working. Design thinking principles were employed to deliver content in a practical, face-to-face environment. The program included activities and real-life scenarios to create an immersive and engaging learning experience.
A package of eLearning modules designed to introduce employees to a new system and understand its functionality, navigation, and effectively use features relevant to their roles. The systems training was delivered using a sports coach analogy, where characters and assets were created to support the delivery of content.
